This weekly bulletin is designed to keep you informed of important deadlines, new features, events and opportunities at this year's Show. Use this as a reference for all your planning needs.

FREE Customer eVite Program

Exhibitor Registration

In order to receive your badges in the mail, you must register by May 20th, any registrations received after this date will be processed, but to receive your badge you will have to go to the Exhibitor Pre Registration counter to have them printed.  If you haven’t done so already click the appropriate link to register your JCK or AGTA staff.  You’ll receive an e-mail confirming your staff registrations and the badges will be mailed out within the first week of May.

Reach the Media
Are you planning a special event at JCK?  Do you have a Celebrity coming to your Booth?  Do you want to reach 300+ media who will be attending?  Let our public relations staff know.  We will have a fully operational press room in the Bassano Ballroom #2601 in the Venetian Hotel that will be open starting on Tuesday, May 27th.

Traveling Tips

Getting Around Town
Getting around town during JCK Las Vegas has never been easier with all of the transportation options available. Click here for the schedules and various transportation options.
 
Move-In Bulletin
Click here for the Move-in Bulletin. It lists all the key locations and provides general information. Note: The JCK Las Vegas Show Office and Sales Office have moved this year. The Show Office will be located in the Venetian Level 1 Café just across from the Casanova Ballroom. The Sales Office will be located on Level 3 in the Lobby.
 
Move-Out Bulletin and Freight Target Move-out Plans

NEW THIS YEAR are Freight Target Move-out Plans.  In an effort to streamline the move-out process and help to better schedule the return of empty crates, these Freight Target Move-Out Plans have been created that provide you with empty crate return times, driver check-in times and clear times. These have been posted in the Exhibitor Manual under Sections 4.5a, 4.5b and 4.5c, included in previous Exhibitor Bulletins and sent to registered JCK EDC's. Please make sure you have reviewed them for the times that apply to your area, as each area will have different times. Advance planning on your part will help to ensure the success of the program. Thank you for your cooperation.
 

Show Management Locations
The Show Management office will be located in the JCK Cafe opposite from the Casanova Ballroom, Level 1 Sands/Venetian.

There will also be a Sales Booth in the Lobby on Level 3 of the Venetian. Please feel free to stop by!
 
Floor Managers
JCK Las Vegas has a staff of Floor Managers that are there to help you with any challenges you have. Click here for the Floor Manager Map. The Floor Manager Map also contains key phone numbers for your use while at the Show (note, they are not active until the show is moving in) for Freeman, Sands, Showcases and Safes.
 
Bags to Go
To make your departure from JCK more convenient, Bags To Go operates off-airport check-in locations processing passengers away from the airport environment. Bags To Go’s convenient service allows for passengers flying on Southwest, United, Ted, Delta and U.S. Airways to check-in their bags and receive their boarding passes prior to arriving at the airport. Checked bags are securely transported to an access-controlled facility at the airport and screened by TSA personnel. The bags are then delivered to the designated airline and loaded on the flight. Passengers can claim their bags at their final destination. This convenient service allows travelers to spend more time conducting business. They are located in the Venetian Hotel just down the hall from the ETS Pavilion on Level 1 as well as the Luxor Hotel and McCarran Consolidated Rent-A-Car Center. There is a service fee of $20 per passenger. Additional charges may apply for excess, overweight, and oversized baggage depending on each airline’s baggage allowance policy. Note, this service is not intended for shipping product!

No Smoking at JCK Las Vegas!

The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act was put into law in 2007. There will be NO SMOKING in the Sands/Venetian with the exception of the Casino area at the Venetian. Violators will incur a fine and may risk losing their Badge Credentials.
