Reach the media |
Are you planning a special event at
JCK? Do you have a Celebrity coming
to your Booth? Do you want to reach
the media who will be attending?
Let our public relations staff
know. We are expecting 300 members
of the trade and consumer press from
around the world and we are able to
help you reach them with your news.
We will have a fully operational
press room in the Bassano Ballroom
#2601 in the Venetian Hotel that
will be open starting on Tuesday,
May 27th. We encourage exhibitors
to drop off 50 copies of their press
materials. Prior to the Show we
can post your announcements to the
JCK Website. On-site we can include
your information in our daily
newsletter that will be distributed
to the attendees and in our daily
press releases that will be sent to
the media.

Safe Rental |
The extended
deadline for advance safe rentals has now
passed, but you can still rent a safe.
Save time
and avoid lines with the convenience of a
safe right in your own booth. You
may not be able to get the exact one you
want, but

New Move-out information for ETS Pavilion |
|
In an effort
to expedite move-out (and also in
recognition that jewelry is limited in
this area) of the ETS Pavilion in the
Casanova, Galileo and Marco Poco
Ballrooms, please be advised that we
will delay access to the show floor of
labor between the hours of 4:00-5:00pm
instead of 4:00-6:00pm as in the past.
This will allow us to start the return
of empty containers and crates at
5:00pm. Containers and cartons will be
returned first, followed by crates.

|
In order to receive your badges in the mail,
you must register by May 15th,
any registrations received after this date
will be processed, but to receive your badge
you will have to go to the Exhibitor Pre
Registration counter to have them printed.
If you haven’t done so already click the
appropriate link to register your JCK or
AGTA staff. You’ll receive an e-mail
confirming your staff registrations and the
badges will be mailed out within the first
week of May.

No Smoking at
JCK Las Vegas! |

The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act was
put into law in 2007. There will be NO
SMOKING in the Sands/Venetian with the
exception of the Casino area at the
Venetian. Violators will incur a fine and
may risk losing their Badge Credentials.
