Safe Rental |
The extended
deadline for advance safe rentals has now
passed, but you can still rent a safe.
Save time
and avoid lines with the convenience of a
safe right in your own booth. You
may not be able to get the exact one you
want, but

Notice to
Exhibitors Regarding
Non-Official Contractors |
Show
Management carefully considers the
selection of JCK Las Vegas Official
Contractors based on quality of service,
variety of products, price and
reputation. These contractors value the
business of our customers and provide
quality products and services. Some
companies may misrepresent themselves as
being an official contractor so be sure
to check the list in the exhibitor
manual or give us a call. Some things to
watch for if you are considering the
services of a non-official contractor
are hidden charges for material
handling, labor and shipping that you
might not pay otherwise, control over
delivery time, availability during
move-in and leverage if something goes
wrong. Also be advised that non-official
contractors will need to abide by the
JCK Las Vegas Exhibitor Designated
Contractor (EDC) procedures, provide
insurance certificates, etc. in order to
gain access to the Show Floor.

Armored
Car Information |
The JCK Las Vegas 2008 approved Armored Car
Services are, Brinks, Dunbar, Ferrari, G4S
International, Malca-AMit, and SORT. These
are the ONLY authorized services that will
be allowed in the building. Armored Car
Companies will be ready to service their
exhibitors on Thursday, May 29th
from 9:00am until 6:00pm at the locations that
are indicated on the floor plans:

In order to make sure that you are ready to open by 10am
Friday, May 30th, we ask that
your merchandise be picked-up from your
Armored Car No Later then Thursday, May 29th
by 6:00pm. If merchandise is not picked up
by this time it will be available for pick
up on Friday, May 30th at 7:00am,
on a first come first serve basis and you
are NOT GUARANTEED to have your merchandise
on time for 10am Show opening.
Starting Friday, May 30th around
12noon the approved armored car services
will have a desk to answer any questions
right outside Exhibitor Registration,
Bassano 2708, Venetian Level 2. Some
armored car companies may man this desk
earlier or have a contact phone number at
the desk for questions.

If you are ordering services with the Sands
Expo & Convention Center, please order prior
to May 9, 2008,
to maximize your savings by taking advantage
of our advance rates. By ordering in
advance, your items should be delivered to
your booth when you move in!
Once an on-site order is placed, delivery is
not guaranteed until one (1) hour prior to
show opening.

SERVICE LOCATIONS – ELECTRICAL |
|
In order to
better serve your electrical needs at the
SECC, all island booths must submit a floor
plan. All booth lines, including
peninsulas, will have standard placement at
the back of the booth unless otherwise
indicated by you or your EAC
(exhibitor-appointed contractor).

No Smoking at
JCK Las Vegas! |

The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act was
put into law in 2007. There will be NO
SMOKING in the Sands/Venetian with the
exception of the Casino area at the
Venetian. Violators will incur a fine and
may risk losing their Badge Credentials.
