This weekly bulletin is designed to keep you informed of important deadlines, new features, events and opportunities at this year's Show. Use this as a reference for all your planning needs.

My JCKShowPlanner

My JCKShowPlanner is a free online appointment setting and mapping tool.

This tool allows you to plan out your day in advance so you don’t waste valuable time.
My JCKShowPlanner allows you to:

  • Find Your Way Around The Show – Customized Floor maps allow you to familiarize yourself with the Show in advance to make it easier once you get there.
  • Search for Products and Exhibitors That Match Your Interest –  Find the products and exhibitors you want to see so you can use your time wisely at the Show.
  • Make Appointments – Connect with exhibitors in advance so you can be sure you will see the right people when you get there.

Log in now to My JCKShowPlanner and update your profile so that interested parties can contact you. If you do not have a username or password, click on the link that reads “retrieve your username and password.” Just provide the necessary information and you will be all set.
 
Security Tips

Important Note - If you are planning on having a plasma screen in your booth, we recommend that you set it up as late as possible and dismantle and remove it immediately at the close of the Show. Plasma screens and computers are particularly vulnerable to theft.

 
Freight Target Floorplan Reminder

Remember that all freight being delivered to (Sections 4.1a-4.1c), and removed (Sections 4.5a-4.5c) from JCK Las Vegas, is targeted for a day and time. Trucks must be checked into the Marshalling Yard by certain times. Click here for Section 4 of the Exhibitor Manual. If for some reason, you would like to request a different Freight Target time, please use the Form in Section 4.1d, Target Change Request.

REMINDER – NEW THIS YEAR are Freight Target Times for MOVE-OUT.  Please be sure to plan for this schedule.
 
Safe Rental
The extended deadline for advance safe rentals has now passed, but you can still rent a safe.  Save time and avoid lines with the convenience of a safe right in your own booth. You may not be able to get the exact one you want, but click here to print the order form, Section 5.2 of the Exhibitor Manual.
 
Vault Floorplans
The JCK Show’s armed vaults and In-Booth Safes have proven to be a reliable, convenient and secured storage area for your jewelry lines. Show Management continually reviews measures to offer the best on-site protection for each exhibitor. Security cameras on a 24-hour surveillance add to the enhanced security protection at the Show. To assist the vault personnel in securing your cases, please make sure your merchandise is stored in locked sample cases, telescopes or suite cases before brining them to the vault areas. PRODUCT DAY Reminder
A reminder that Thursday, May 29 will be PRODUCT DAY. Like last year, all booths must be set (and empty crates removed) by Wednesday, May 28 at 5:00pm. The reason for this is so that we can have a clean and cooled Show opening on Friday morning. This is meant to be a day for fine-tuning your display, not setting it up.  We appreciate your cooperation as the success of the program affects customer satisfaction of buyers and other exhibitors.
 
Exhibitor Badges

The deadline of May 2nd is fast approaching. Don’t delay, if you haven’t done so already, click the appropriate link to register your JCK or AGTA staff. You’ll receive an e-mail confirming your staff registrations and the badges will be mailed out within the first week of May.  If you have any questions or changes please feel free to call the JCK Registration Department at: 888-257-3626 or email inquiry@jck.reedepo.com.

IMPORTANT – For Important Security Reasons, DO NOT ORDER EXHIBITOR BADGES FOR YOUR EXHIBITOR DESIGNATED CONTRACTOR (EDC).  Approved EDC supervisors will get a daily wristband for their staff on-site.

No Smoking at JCK Las Vegas!

The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act was put into law in 2007. There will be NO SMOKING in the Sands/Venetian with the exception of the Casino area at the Venetian. Violators will incur a fine and may risk losing their Badge Credentials.
