Armored Car
Reminder |
The only
Armored Car Companies authorized to service
JCK Las Vegas & AGTA are: Brinks, Dunbar,
Ferrari, G4S International, Malca-Amit, and
SORT. Please
note that this policy is beyond the control
of the Armored Car Services, JCK Show
Management, Reed Exhibitions, and is
strictly mandated by the District Attorneys
of the State of Nevada. Any Armored Car Companies not listed
above will not be permitted in the facility
and can not service the exhibitors of the
JCK Show. See Section 6
of the
Exhibitor Manual for Armored Car
Services.

Reminder –
Thursday, May 29 is Product Day! |
A reminder that
Thursday, May 29 will be PRODUCT DAY. Like
last year, all booths must be set (and empty
crates removed) by Wednesday, May 28 at
5:00pm. The reason for this is so that
we can have a clean and cooled Show opening
on Friday morning.

A reminder that any signage
above the 8’ height must be made of mesh
fabric, particularly in the international
pavilions.
Please see the
Display Regulations in Section 1.5a.

Check the
Freight Target Floorplans for MOVE-IN and MOVE-OUT |
|
When planning
your travel and the installation and
removal of your display at JCK, be sure to
check the Freight Target Floorplans for the
exact arrival of your booth freight. NEW this year
are also Freight Target Floorplans for the
MOVE-OUT. Both of these floorplans can
help you plan the return of your empty
crates as well.

No Smoking at
JCK Las Vegas! |
|
The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act was
put into law in 2007. There will be NO
SMOKING in the Sands/Venetian with the
exception of the Casino area at the
Venetian. Violators will incur a fine and
may risk losing their Badge Credentials.
