Targeted Move-In Floor Plan
To find out your company’s designated move-in time please refer to the “Targeted Move-In Floor Plan” which can be found in the Shipping and General Contractor section of the exhibitor manual. Adhering to your designated time ensures you will receive maximum exposure with potential buyers and the overall show is clean and set up on time. Please review carefully. If this policy is not adhered to by each exhibitor additional cost will be incurred.
Product Only Day
Thursday, June 3 will be a Product ONLY day. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET by Wednesday, June 2 at 5:00pm so that we can begin to properly clean and cool the Exhibits Halls for opening morning. All Exhibitors must pick up their merchandise from their Armored Cars and check it in to their suggested vault. AVOID LONG LINES ON FRIDAY MORNING
- In order to make sure that you’re ready to open by 9:00am Friday June 4, we ask that your merchandise be picked-up from your Armored Cars No Later Than Thursday, June 3 by 6:00pm. If merchandise is not picked up by Thursday, June 3, by 6:00 pm it will be available to be picked-up on Friday, June 4 at 7:00am, on a first-come first-serve basis and you are NOT GUARANTEED to have your merchandise on time for 9:30am show opening.
